Application Process
Applications can be completed on-line in our office or on-line in the convenience of your home. Please make sure you have the proper information such as current/past employer’s addresses, dates of employment, phone numbers, supervisors, forms of identification, etc. Incomplete or incorrect information will delay your chances of obtaining employment through Locate Staffing. |

Assessment Process
After you have completed the application, computerized testing (based on your skills) will be administered. While basic testing is performed on all applicants, additional testing is performed on applicants that have knowledge of more acquired and/or learned skills. Please set aside approximately 30 minutes to complete standardized assessments. Additional assessments will require an investment of more time. |
Interview Process
An important first step in forming a long lasting relationship with our employees is to obtain and share information in regard to your past experiences, skills and goals. Through this process, a Certified Staffing Professional will gather information that will be used in conjunction with your application and skills assessments to help build a mutually beneficial relationship. |
Validation Process
Once you have completed the application, finished computerized testing and have been through the interview process, your work is done. At this point, we will be working diligently to complete the following:

- Obtain Past Employment Verifications
- Perform Criminal Background Checks
- Perform Legal Work Checks
- Pre-Employment Drug and/or Physical Abilities Checks

Selection Process
Locate Staffing maintains an active database to aid in the help of our selection process. Upon receiving client orders for positions available, our Staffing Consultants will perform an active search based on the job criteria in order to obtain qualified candidates. |
