| Skills Needed |
Must have CNC and Conventional Machine Tool formal training or equivalent experience. Strengths must include blueprint reading, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, the use of measuring equipment, “G” code programming and strong math skills. Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self starter. Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, general technical competence and mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Requires mental alertness and ability to stand for an entire shift. Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.

| Description |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting up of CNC vertical machining centers and conventional machine tools, primarily surface grinders. Along with other manufacturing processes required for ceramic material type product. Inspect work produced, including 1st piece inspection using micrometers, microscopes, comparators and other inspection equipment/processes to verify conformance to specifications.
