Vacation Bonus
After working 1500 hours (approximately 9 months) of unbroken time, within the previous 12 months, you are entitled to one-week (40 hours) paid vacation. This is providing you work the full scheduled day before and full scheduled day after your vacation.
You will receive your next one-week (40 hours) paid vacation after completing your next 1000 hours |

Holiday Bonus
After working 1000 hours (approximately 6 months) of unbroken time, within the previous 12 months, you are entitled to six paid holidays. This is providing you work the full scheduled day before and full scheduled day after the holiday. Any break of 30 calendar days or more will disqualify holiday pay and hours will begin accumulating once you return to work. The holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day. |
Health/Dental Insurance
We have 2 programs for you to choose from! Your options are either Anthem (Blue Cross / Blue Shield) or Essential Staff Care and benefits can start immediately depending on which option you choose. Single and family coverage options are available. |
Direct Deposit and Pay Card
Direct deposit is a safe and convenient way to transfer earnings to your bank account. Simply fill out the Direct Deposit Form and turn into your Staffing Consultant. Another option for payment is Pay Card, a convenient prepaid mastercard that can be used as both debit and credit card. Earnings are transferred to your card electronically each pay period and you can manage your Pay Card account online. |
Computerized Training
We are pleased to offer computerized training applications FREE to you. Brush up your skills or learn new skills with the most up-to-date computer applications used in today’s offices. These self-study programs are administered at our office or in the comfort of your own home!

Tuition Reimbursement
After working 1000 hours within 1 year, you are eligible for Tuition Reimbursement. Please contact your Staffing Consultant for details in regard to eligibility. |
Employee Referral Bonus
Finding and retaining great employees is one of the reasons for our success. When you refer qualified candidates to Locate Staffing, you may be entitled to a referral bonus. Please refer your friends, neighbors, relatives, etc, (who have not worked for us before). You will receive a bonus of $35.00, which is payable after your referral has completed their first 40 hours with Locate Staffing. There are no limitations to the number of people that you may refer. |
